Hector M Gordon

BSci (Hons) – Chairman and non-executive independent Director

Mr Gordon is a geologist with over 45 years of experience in the upstream petroleum industry in Australia and southeast Asia with extensive experience in the Cooper and Eromanga Basins of eastern Australia.

Mr Gordon has previously served as an Executive Director and CEO of Beach Energy Limited and more recently he was a Non-Executive Director of Cooper Energy Limited where he was employed for more than 10 years.

Mr Gordon’s previous employers also include Santos Limited, AGL Petroleum, TMOC Resources, Esso Australia and Delhi Petroleum Pty Ltd.

Mr Gordon was initially appointed to the Bass Board in 2014.

Giustino (Tino) Guglielmo

BEng (Mech), FIEAust, MSPE & MAICD – Managing Director

Mr Guglielmo is the Managing Director of Bass oil Limited.  He is a well credentialed Petroleum Engineer with over 40 years of technical, managerial and senior executive experience in Australia and internationally.

Mr Guglielmo was the CEO and Managing Director of two successful ASX listed companies; Stuart Petroleum Ltd for seven years and Ambassador Oil & Gas Ltd for three years.  Both companies merged with larger ASX listed companies generating significant value for shareholders following the identification of compelling resource potential in their respective petroleum resource portfolios.

Mr Guglielmo also worked at Santos Ltd, Delhi Petroleum Ltd, and internationally with NYSE listed Schlumberger Corp.  His experience spans the Cooper basin, Gippsland basin in Australia and Indonesia and Malaysia in South East Asia.  He has also had exposure to US land and other international basins.

Mr Guglielmo was a member of the Resources and Infrastructure Task Force and the Minerals and Energy Advisory Council, both South Australian Government advisory bodies. He is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers, Australia, a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Laura Reed

MBA, BBus (Accounting) & FCPA – Non-executive independent Director

Ms Reed is a highly experienced finance professional with more than 35 years of experience in the energy sector. Ms Reed is currently Chairman of Spark Infrastructure Group, Non-Executive Director of ATCO Australia and Canadian Utilities Limited.

During her extensive executive career, Ms Reed held the roles of Chief Financial Officer, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director at Spark Infrastructure Group and Chief Financial Officer at Envestra Ltd.  Ms. Reed was previously appointed to the board of the Clean Energy Finance Corporation, which assists with the funding of clean energy projects.

Ms Reed was previously the Chair of Epic Energy South Australia Pty Ltd, which owns the Moomba to Adelaide gas transmission pipeline in South Australia.

Ms Reed holds an MBA from Deakin University and a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and is a fellow of CPA Australia. 

Mark L Lindh

Non-executive non-independent Director

Mr Mark Lindh is a corporate advisor with in excess of 20 years experience in advising mining and resources companies with a particular focus on the energy sector.

He is a founding director of Adelaide Equity Partners Limited, an investment and advisory company. He is currently a non-executive Chairman of Aerometrex Limited (ASX Code AMX) and a Non-Executive Director of Advanced Braking Technology Limited.

Robyn Hamilton

BCA, CA – Company Secretary

Ms Hamilton is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of commercial and Big 4 experience gained in both Australia and New Zealand, with experience in due diligence, internal controls, corporate governance, international financial reporting and statutory compliance.

She has an extensive background in junior oil and gas and mining listed companies including Chatham Rock Phosphate Ltd, Aorere Resources Ltd and previously Asian Mineral Resources Ltd.

Ms Hamilton holds a Bachelor's degree in accountancy from Victoria University of Wellington and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and the Governance Institute of Australia.

Andri Luthfi Lukman Hakim

BS Geology/Earth Science, Masters, Petroleum Engineering, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), Petroleum Engineering, IATMI & MSPE- General Manager Indonesia

Dr Andri Luthfi holds both geology & PhD Petroleum Engineering qualifications (PhD in enhanced oil recovery) and is part of Indonesia's new highly educated energy leaders with more than 15 years' experience across the country's major basins.

Currently General Manager at Bass Oil Sukananti Limited. Previously Development Manager with Samudra Energy.

Steve Martucci

BSc. Chemistry/Microbiology - Operations Manager, Cooper Basin

Mr Martucci has combined 39 years experience in Oil/Gas, Conventional and Renewable Power Generation and Mining Industries.

Mr Martucci’s main responsibilities were in Remote Site Operations Management in South Australia, Queensland and Northern Territory.

Mr Martucci’s previous roles were with Santos, Energy Developments Ltd and Heathgate Resources.
